The Body Project is a holistic contemporary dance training program focusing on wellness of the body, mind and spirit. We create space for dancers to expand their movement repertoire, explore personal artistry and enhance their inner light. 
The Body Project incorporates all aspects of well-being education including, but not limited to, proper body mechanics, nutrition education, mind/body connection, positive self talk, building positive relationships within the community, meditation and love. Our holistic educational approach gives dancers the tools they need to transition to a long and healthy professional career in dance.
